RUDE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED OWNER CONTINUES TO MENTION IF EVERYONE MOVED OUT ON SAME DAY IT WOULD HURT MY BUSINESS SO I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONTH (WHILE NEW EMPLOYEE WAGGED FINGER IN MY HUSBAND'S FACE.) DO NOT GET MIXED UP WITH THIS OUTFIT - THEY TAKE OUT PERSONAL FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON CUSTOMER. BAD BUSINESS

My husband is in hospice and went to our storage unit for one of his "outings". Brother in law drove truck, I followed in car. I got out to help BIL enter security code. A new employee pushed/wagged his finger in my husband's face and most rudely and gruffly said something about him not knowing the code. My husband said that is my wife behind us, she knows code and the guy yelled at my husband saying "I'm not talking to you" as he continued to wave finger. He then got manager who stuck up for him saying he is there to protect her, and if everyone moved out at same time it would hurt her business!!????? She called next day that incident kept her awake. I explained that regardless of any circumstances, no one has the right to treat another person/customer in that manner to get in someones face like that and she totally missed the point. She said she has 300 units... Will not see that this behavior is unacceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - rude, threatening and NOT customer oriented.
