I had two issues: lack of internet connect on two units and a serious malware infection on the third. Jerry correctly identified the net issue as a faulty modem, and issue which Century Link's techs failed to diagnose,Jerry walked me through the malware issue, again, something that Century link had failed to correct. He also left me with the tools to correct this issue myself in the future.Great tech and teacher. Thabnks Jerry!
