I was not happy having to find a new nail place and I was referred by a friend to Cobe Nails. I have the BEST experiences there and all the technician's are awesome. They make it fun and relaxing. My favorite is Dao. I would highly recommend them for any service needed.

I went in today to get a pedicure and was told the wait would be about twenty minutes. The staff had me sit in one of the pedicure chairs while I waited. I ended up walking out after at least forty-five minutes of waiting. During my wait, I witnessed people walking in and being helped even though they arrived after I did. Someone in our party went up to talk to the receptionist to let her know that what was going on, she immediately blamed it on someone else saying that she wasn't at the counter when we walked in. What I found the most disappointing was that even after after we spoke to the receptionist, no one did anything to resolve the issue or assist me

Horrible experience, went in with three people, and was told would have a twenty minute wait time, in forty five minutes we were still waiting! The staff could only put blame on each other, they offered no resolutions, just became argumentative.

BE AWARE !!!! Started going to this place 6 weeks ago due to my original tech no longer at Amazing Nails. On Oct 20th had my second pedicure with the same tech and was concerned when I saw him take tools out of the plastic container next to him instead of the packaged one he came out with. Now three weeks later I have a nail infection and went to speak to them and they refused to take any responsibility.

Excellent service, very clean, comfortable & relaxing environment. I've tried many other nail salons in Clermont, but have been exclusive to Cobe Nails for over a year now for gel manicures & spa pedicures. Every nail tech I've had has done a beautiful job & very friendly and professional. I like that Cobe is open on Sunday's too.

Not happy! First manicure in years. Did gel nails and polish bad so had to redo. Then rushed redo near closing and so sloppy. Told come back tomorrow to fix for third time and charged full price! Have no time tomorrow so stuck with sloppy nails!!!
