This is my favorite consignment store. I have been going there for several years. I always find nice stuff everytime I go. The service is wonderful. You are missing out if you don't check out this store!

Absolutely horrible experience. The business has changed hands so many times that no one working there has any idea of what is going on, and quite frankly no one seems to care. I had left some high end purses for consignment. After the contract period, I went to pick up my merchandise, and was told it had been donated to Goodwill. 1 year later, I received a call from an associate at the store asking if she could lower the prices on my merchandise to try to sell it. I explained that I had been told my things were donated, and she stated that they did not donate Coach/9 West, etc., and to call back in a couple months to see if anything had sold or I could pick up the bags. I called back today and spoke to an associate to inquire if anything had sold and was first told yes they had 2 purses (I had left 9 purses). In the background I overheard the "manager" telling the associate that the bags were "gone". I explained the situation and what I had been told previously and was told "Sorry I cant help you. You didn't talk to me. I can't verify that since you don't have a name." I then overheard the staff making rude comments about me and the associate was condescending and uncaring, and attempted to imply I was stupid for calling. I will never use this consignment store again as they are unprofessional, rude, uncaring, and inconsistent with information. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would give them negative stars if that was an option.
