We were referred to Alexanders by Advance auto parts trying to get help with my car breaking down and finding someone honest. They towed our car, fixed our car and we were back on the road the same day. Super nice and professional.

Broke down in Clemmons on my way to work,they towed my car and put a new right front axle on,first one was bad but they put it back on the lift and put another one and.I think they went out of their way to make sure my Vehicle was right and the workmanship was fantastic.I don't know who the last person was that wrote the bad review ,but my experience with this Garage was Great and the price was even a little cheaper than what I thought it might be.I will be returning to them in the future for any auto problems! I dealt with a lots of Auto tachs but this was the worst experience i ever had. They had no integrity , very unprofessional & rude, never again. My car still was not fixed, they wanted more money. I feel that they were not up front from with me from the start. To bad it had to turn out like it did.

Very responsive. Repair completed in a timely fashion and done right the first time.

These guys were like no other repair shop I have been to, nice,clean and went out of there way to be sure we understood the repairs needed. They explained the repairs in detail and even called me to look at the problem that they found so I could see there were no misunderstandings. Cindy
