We understand that problems can arise at any hour; this is why we offer a reputable 24/7 call service and a reliable 2-3 hour service window to assist you when we are needed most, anywhere in Summerville, Terrone, Johnson, and Hill Counties. $55 for the Entire Diagnosis For only $55 we’ll check your system, find the problem, and put in writing what the full repair will cost and we’ll credit the diagnosis charge toward the full repair. Financing options are available (subject to approval). Installation Every furnace and air conditioner eventually needs to be replaced. However, should you get an exact replacement or should you upgrade? In about an hour we can quickly show you your options. A new system will have lower energy costs as it’s more efficient and saves you money. Filter Service Dirty filters hold bacteria, cause bad smells, aggravate allergy symptoms, lead to higher utility bills, and left for too long can even damage your compressor or other expensive components. We buy filters in bulk at a significant discount. That means you can have us bring a new, 1 inch filter* to your home, and change it for you for only $20. And, since we’re already there, any additional filters are only $10 each! Texas Heat and Air customers participating in our Filter Maintenance Program automatically save 10% on any other necessary repairs. *Offer assumes 1 inch filter. Other sizes may vary slightly.
