First of all, the name of the store is More Than Vacuums, not Vacuums West. That is one of the many positive changes that have been made in this store. Another is what a diiference the overall appearance is...the place has had a complete makeover. Its neater and better organized, easier to walk around. Hard to believe its the same place! Repairs and service have improved as well. Sometimes repairs take longer because parts are not easily available so they take longer to get, which is not the reparman's fault...they are often at the mercy of someone else. This store genuinally appreciates its customers and works hard to please them. Hats off to them for the positive changes they have made.

Have used this company several times, they do good work and get the vacum returned in a week or so. I have never had a problem with them. I went to buy a vacum once and was told that all my old one need was a good cleaning. Saved me a lot of money.
