The staff is usually helpful in assisting me to find what it is I am looking for.

I purchased an item here for a wedding from the registry. I was never offered ANY assistance from anyone in this store- there was one other customer who seemed to need assistance also and again, none was offered. When I finally found an employee and asked for assistance in the bridal registry, she rolled her eyes and pointed me in a general direction of the merchandise I had been seeking. After purchasing an item of about 3lbs and about 1 foot tall, I asked that it be gift wrapped. This woman said that it was too large and that if I would like...she would 'stick a bow on it'! Unbelievable...I don't mind paying a little more for items when the service and attitude of those employed at the business is upstanding...It IS NOT here.
