A negative review is needed for this company , their lies and manipulation are comical to say the least . I cancelled service on Jan 2 , now months later they are telling me that I owe them $12.00 and some change , what a joke . Their services were cancelled because they tried to raise their rates , but still did not provide service , they continually missed stops and promised to return the same day or next , another lie .If anything they owe me money for the missed stops .DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM , THEY ARE LIARS , THEY CAN'T TELL THE TRUTH .

As many have said before me, if you had a 0 star, that would be mine. Seriously, post IRMA has been a frustrating and disheartening time in dealing with your company's lack of concern and rigidity. You have taken advantage of a natural disaster and are refusing to do the MINIMUM of service. I have a maximum of 3 trash cans and you refused to take one as it had leaves in it. You also told me you would not be picking up yard debris even if it wasn't from IRMA; said the County would do this. In checking with the County this am, they were not happy as they have received other calls from your customers about the same story you are telling. They are contacting you to try to set you straight. What a horrible, disgusting experience I have had with your company. Will be changing end of October. Phew.

Had this service now for 3 months with a monday- Thursday pickup... been picked up only 1 of the Mondays so far and that's cuz I called. THEY SUCK!!!

I have been with this trash company for a number of years. I would have to give this company 0 stars if I could. They miss picking up your trash, even when the cans are put out the night before. If you try calling customer service, you are put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. They say they will come back to pick up your trash and never do. So sad to get such bad service.

The worst garbage service I have ever had. They do not pick the garbage, customer service is never available and does not return calls, garbage sits at roadside for a week several times.
