Jered Snelson is seemingly believable with his straight-in-the-eye talk with what appeared to be sincere statements of his intent and action. This is very problematic because you wont find out how insincere he is until time has passed and Jered Snelson has taken your money and then, will not back up his work or stand by his word. Of course, he says he will back up his work. He left me with an expensive, 700 sq. ft new wood floor not adhered properly to the sub floor leaving 15 plus large hollow areas that creak and crackle when walked on and with wood cracking because his people did not install the floor properly. Jered has not performed on any of his 20+ promises (some in writing) to fix the floor even though he signed an agreement with the Better Business Bureau to fix it---he didn't do anything. Once he even said that he couldnt afford to fix it without ever looking at what needed to be done. BUYER BEWARE
