I haven't been to this location but I did receive a gift card from my sis, who has Been going to the salon in Largo every since they opened. I can tell you that my sis's Style and color is awesome. I can hardly wait to spend my gift card! I've heard so many Great reviews.

service is outstanding from the time you arrive and are offered beverages or snacks to the time you leave. Kristin does incredible pedicures - always gets me out of there on time which I appreciate.

I WENT IN FOR A PERM AND WHILE I WAS THERE GOT MY HAIR COLORED AS WELL. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE STYLIST NOT TO CUT MY HAIR THAT I HAD JUST HAD IT TRIMMED. WELL THE STYLIST SAID THAT SHE WOULD LIKE TO CUT OF ABOUT A HALF INCH OFF THE ENDS AND I AGREED TO THAT AND STRESSED THAT SHOULD BE ALL. BY THE TIME I LEFT THERE I HAD THE MOST UNEVEN HAIRCUT EVER. NOT ONLY THAT BUT MY HAIR THAT HUNG WELL PAST MY BRA STRAP BEFORE I WENT IN, NOW IS 8 INCHES SHORTER WITH VERY CHOPPY LAYERS THAT ARE ONLY 5 INCHES LONG ON TOP. IT LITERALLY LOOKS AS THOUGH I HAVE A HELMET ON TOP OF MY HEAD. I HAD A migraine THAT DAY AND HAD ALREADY BEEN THERE FOR 4.5 HOURS SO I REALLY DIDNT PAY MUCH ATTENTION TO THE BACK OF MY HAIR. BUT WHEN I GOT HOME MY FRIEND WAS IN SHOCK WHEN SHE SAY MY HAIR. AFTER I WENT BACK IN, THE OWNER ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY ($121) EVEN AFTER OTHER STYLIST EXPLAINED TO HER THAT MY HAIR WOULD NEED TO BE CUT OFF TO MY CHIN TO EVEN IT OUT EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED NO HAIRCUT.

Patti does my hair & I can honestly say she is THE BEST i have ever been to. She can cut ANY hairstyle with perfection. Very down to earth. I normally would never spend the money for a haircut because my mom cuts hair but EVERY TIME i leave, im ecstatic. Its a beautiful place in general!
