Pinellas REALTOR® Organization (PRO) is a result of over 100 years of REALTOR® organizations in this area. The first REALTOR® organization in Pinellas County was established in 1912 by A.P. Avery, called the St. Petersburg Real Estate Exchange. Avery established the Exchange at the perfect time â?? national banks were authorized to make mortgage loans on urban real estate and the Federal Reserve Act passed which allowed farm lending by national banks. The U.S. Department of Labor launched the â??Buy a Homeâ?? campaign. Property in Pinellas goes quickly, and REALTORS® facilitate those transactions.

Very Political Organization. If you like hanging out with clicks and the "Good Ole Boy" Network...this is the place for YOU! I have been a Realtor since 1995 and NEVER EVER had a complaint filed against me. PRO conducted a hearing and an appeal that was filed by a person who HAD NO STANDING as well as a personal VENDETTA against myself and my Seller...the person who filed the complaint committed PERJURY (allegedly...that IS what LYING under OATH means...) no less than 5 times and STILL PRO did not SUPPORT their long standing member NOR did they assist a SELLER will CURRENT/ACTIVE listing. PRO IGNORED LAW and showed EXTREME BIAS. There will be litigation filed shortly. SILENCE is CONSENT and I DO NOT CONSENT to CORRUPT BUSINESS PRACTICES. This is MY PERSONAL OPINION. If you are the type of person that believes in FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES as well as DUE PROCESS...I recommend West Pasco Board of Realtors or Greater Tampa Association of Realtors.
