I will NEVER recommend Parlament Roofing and Construction to anyone I know, and if they're thinking of using them I will try to talk them out of it. They replaced my flat roof with a TPO system. It failed inspection the first time, and I had to request the final inspection almost two months later because the office staff was behind in setting up inspections. Don't fall for their $500 off commercial. I paid $9,100 and that's with the $500 discount. My fault for paying so much, but I shouldn't have had to set up my own final inspection. It has come to light that my roof is not structually sound and I've tried twice to get the owner out to my property and both times he's been sick. He sent one of his workers the first time, and the second time his office staff called me at 11:56am to tell me he was sick when we were supposed to meet at 12:00pm. I also had to pay another company $300 to fix the flashing because it wasn't done right by Parlament. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had my roof done in Sarasota by Parlament. Thought they did an outstanding job I will recommend them to all I know
