What is with customer service.?? I have a copy card to make self serve copies with less than a $1.00 on it. I make $1.70 in copies. The worker can see I have a balance but the card is locked. He states I have to call a 1-800 to get help. I have to pay for my copies again- I can't use their own card. I call the number and I'm told ONLY the local store can unlock the card. Now they want me to drive back to Office depot to have the store unlock the card. Really !!!! They don't seem to care about customers or keeping them.
