A bad place to live. If you need something fixed they rig it up until you complain again, and maybe it will be fixed or not. Lots of noise, pool closed more than opened, outside full of garbage a lot, no one picks anything up. No grass or dead grass if you want to call it that. Laundry room dirty, they speed through the parking lot so you could get hit very easy. Seen snakes which is in a lot of states. And rats, traps all over where you can see them. Really don't take care of property.

I cannot recommend living there because when I did, there was a broken sewer line that backed up into my appartment. There was only one bathroom! I left at the expiration of my lease and my security deposit was never refunded! in fact, they tacked on an additional months rent and sent that to collections!

You really don't want to live here; especially if you expect your tenant concerns to be addressed. The complex has been on a quick decline over the past several years and the future doesn't look good. They are all talk and no action. Speeders, no one stops at stop signs, booming car stereos, loud cars, loud neighbors, people throw their trash everywhere or leave it in the hallways or on their patios and nothing gets addressed effectively or permanently. You are basically pacified until you give up reporting all of your issues. If they consider you a "nice person" you can get away with just about anything. Scary. Especially when your safety and well being is at stake. Seriously reconsider before adding this place to your list of possibilities.
