This company has been in business a very, very, long time. They sell a quality ac unit and stand behind their products and service. I have purchased three ac units over many years and have been very satisfied.

I gave this company only 3 stars mainly for coming out on a timely basis and the office staff was friendly, but felt the tech was unsure of what he was doing or was not . He could not find a freon leak but said it was probably in the coils and that we should think about replacing it. He put in less then a pound of freon and side my heat pump is working fine now. Last week my heat was acting up again and I called another company a friend recommended and side the system was overcharged in freon and there was two wires not connected tight enough adjusted those, took out some freon and my heat has been running like a champ ever since. My advice for this company is to make sure your techs take the time to look at ever aspect of a system before just blaming it on low freon then maybe you will have repeat business.
