I ate at Kaiko almost every week for about three years, but recently I've had to move. I did not know what I had until I lost it! I tried the sushi at several restaurants here in Orlando, but they all do not compare to the quality and service I've experienced at Kaiko. I recommend everyone try it at least once and experience the community that has developed at Kaiko over the last decade. I definitely won't forget it.

First time in the area and wanted to try something new. Local cuisine is my favorite, so I decided to try the sushi from this restaurant. It is prepared like no other sushi I've seen. There's great care in proportions in order to make sure each roll you eat has as much flavor as possible. For those that sit at the bar like I did, you get to interact with the chefs as they make the sushi in front of you and watch how skilled the staff is. The waitresses are very kind and attentive. By far one of the best dining I've had. I'll definitely be here again the next time I'm in town. -- Jacob

The Sushi here is great. I didn't like raw fish at all, but they don't prepare it the same way everyone else does. The Sushi here is worth every cent, esp. considering other people tend to charge more for a worse taste. My favorite is the salmon! Thanks!! :)

Absolutely the best sushi restaurant I've been to. I've been to several places around the country, and they all pale in comparison to the craftsmanship and quality of the food from Kaiko.Restaurant sits about 40 people, so it can get a little cramp at time during weekends, so you might want to plan accordingly, or come a little earlier.The staff is very friendly and they are prompt with getting your order and drinks out.I definitely recommend this place. The amazing sushi and service made my experiences here an absolute blessing.

Charlie's place is excellent. The best sushi in town! Always fresh food. Friendly staff.......give it a try, you will love it!

First of all, we have tried sushi everywhere and no place stacks up. We used to live just around the corner and frequent visits to Kaiko to see Charlie and his charming staff were one of our favorite nights out. Now we moved to St. Pete and have a baby, but still 8 times out of 10 when we have a babysitter, we drive to Clearwater to Kaiku for dinner. No matter what type of sushi you like, they have it all and the best, freshest, most incredible fish anywhere. If you think you don't like raw salmon, try it here, we swear he does something secret to it to make it taste that good, but it is simply the superior quality of the fish. As I am writing this, I am thinking it may not be my best idea because it will be even more crowded, save us a seat at the sushi bar!!!!
