      We purchased quality cabinets, counter-tops, and sink plus installation from Jim K. at J&A Associates in February 2010. Jim and associates were professionals throughout the whole process. On August 12, 2010 we noticed a decorative sink panel was misaligned, the support brackets were broken. I e-mailed Jim and by August 20, 2010 the replacement parts were delivered and installed at no charge. We highly recommend J&A Associates for excellent and exceptional quality, service and support Wayne & Cindy Nichols, Tarpon Springs Florida.
