      This shop USED to be a fantastic place. The owner does not honor her price estimates - quotes one price and charges another at the time of rental. Feels more like a car dealership with bait & switch tactics and sales pressures than a costume shop. Would rather drive 40 miles to another shop than use them. Too bad, I used to strongly recommend the House of Make Believe.
