So we have went to this clinic a couple of times previously and were satisfied enough to go back when my wife was experiencing migraine headaches for no reason. The doctor that we had seen before was not in so we saw a lady doctor that drove in from Tampa. After paying for our visit we got to see the physician who talked our ears off about the bad day she was having. Then she steps out to check on another patient and left us hanging for hours. This turned out to be a horrible experience, so we will not be back.

Wonderful doctors office, they were very friendly and treated me within 15 minutes of arriving.

Because it is an urgent clinic and a primary sometimes they will bill the insurance as an urgent visit in order to charge more and you are left to pay copay and whatever the insurance doesnt pay. Nice doctor and nice place. Just make sure they are not billing you for more that what its required. Always check to make sure they are billing your insurace as a primary and not urgent.

My family and I have seen Dr.Noh many times over the last year. It is so refreshing to finally have a doctor that actually listens and you don't feel like a number. The added benefit is they are there for emergencies as well so that is a plus if you have had to sit for 6 hours at a local emergency room, for something minor. I would come to this clinic and have my family see Dr. Ngo again because he is such an excellent doctor- nice, friendly, thorough, and intelligent. His office is new and hygienic, and his staff is competent and fast.

I don't know what this person is talking about. If you have a high deductible with your insurance company, you take it up with them. I don't think it was the clinic's fault because sometimes you don't know what the insurance companies will pay until they get billed. I had this happen to me before and thought I only had to pay my co-pay of $50 and got a bill from the dermatologist office and I was so mad, but I found out my insurance company only started paying after I met my deductible. So I had to apologize to the dermatologist office. It was the plan I had with the insurance company, never again. Now I have better insurance, the PPO not the HMO, so get better insurance. You already have a great doctor.

I love this place.The staff is very friendly. I had a doctor before Dr. Ngo that did not listen to me, so when I got sick and needed an urgent care place, I tried Dr. Ngo and he was wonderful so I changed my doctor and made him my primary doctor. He is so nice. He takes his time with me and believe me, I am a very difficult patient. I ask over a 100 questions and he takes his time and answers all of them. I wish I had him as my doctor 5 years ago but I have him now and it's been about 2 years and I love this place. The best part is they are open until 8 pm so you can go to the Doctor after work or even on Saturdays Dr. Ngo is the best doctor I ever had. Thanks to all the Staff at HealthNow Family and UrgentCare. P.S. They have MedSpa next door, so if you trying to get your pretty on for the Spring and Summer check out the SPA, I'm just saying.

For a second time, I sought medical treatment at this Urgent Care facility. The staff was friendly and professional. I received timely care for my medical condition-- a bee sting reaction. Dr. Ngo gave the appropriate care and I hve a followup appt in one week. My prescriptions were electronically sent to my preferred pharmacy. My primary care physician is located in Massachusetts. Without a doubt, I will continue to use this facility when needed. I am a retired nurse with 35 years experience (including both primary care and ER settings. I have utmost confidence in this medical team.

Do not trust these people. I visited twice and for some reason was not charged (even though when I called they told me it would be $69). A month later I received a bill for $220! The fact that they did not feel I was worthy enough to be told how much the visit would be is annoying. When I wrote them a letter asking for an explanation for why they charged me so much, they told me to take it up with my insurance company. My insurance company had nothing to do with it - I had explained to them that I am on the high deductible plan and am responsible for all charges. These people DO NOT CARE and only see you for your wallet (or your insurance). And they are probably ripping off the insurance companies by charging too much because they charged me $110 for a 5 minute conversation with the doctor. Absurd. Seriously... steer clear of these people.

I am very impressed with this Urgent Care Facility/staff and grateful for the care received at this Urgent Care facility. My family has used this facility twice. My mother had to have sutures removed which was done by Dr. Ngo. Recently I had an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. This included an MD evaluation, intramuscular injection by staff member Alexis, and medication prescriptions. The prescriptions were sent via computer to my CVS which shortened pharmacy wait time. Both Dr. Ngo and Alexis were professional and expert. I would highly recommend this facility. I am a registered nurse of 33 years experience and have worked family practice , ER and in many different hospital settings (civilian, VA and Air Force).

Brand new clinic. Very good doctor. Definitely have him as my primary doctor. Good to have them in clearwater area.
