EON Systems' The Practice Solution software gets me out of here, so I don't have to hang around and finishing my billing. It's only takes me two minutes to get my billing for the whole week done. :-)

I run a chiropractic office using EON Systems software: The Practice Solution. As a direct result I can get more done and I have increased my collections. I have done a lot of research in to other software programs and companies, both those who have been around for a while and those who are new start ups (beware of the new startups who claim they can "solve the problems" of those companies who have been around MUCH longer). I can not say enough good things about the program! It makes my job tons easier and insurance follow up less of a nightmare!

EON Systems billing and scheduling software (The Practice Solution) is rich with features that make my job easier and directly give me increased collections. As a user of this billing and scheduling software, I must say that EON Systems' training procedures to get a user off the ground suit many different types of learners. With a full electronic help manual, videos of the features in the program, a training workbook and a personal training consultant to guide me all the way through, we got up and running fast. Once learned, it is so quick to use that the front desk can easily concentrate on serving the customers, not battling with software.



The insurance follow up and scheduler capabilities are my favorite! I save so much time! Billing and follow up is easy, patients and their schedules are easily tracked. What more could I ask for? I run the entire office myself and EON's software is what makes it possible. It was not possible with our previous program. I can only imagine the money the doctor is saving in payroll alone, never mind increased collections.



The Tech support staff are very professional and very helpful. In fact, I found that because I took the best advantage of the training that I hardly need any tech support. The program just does the job.

EON System's Tech Support is AWESOME. I am very happy with the Tech Support guys and they are so patient with me. I also like the insurance follow up center.

With EON Systems software, E-billing is easy. It saves time and we get paid fast. Posting is easy as well. The reporting and Query manager are good tools. - CR

This is, without a doubt, THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my entire professional life!! Not only was I deceived on what their software/product was to do, the support was the WORST! Most of them LEFT the company, leaving me high and dry!! I cannot use the software, locks up my BRAND NEW laptop, will not print, and, when attempting to secure a refund, my small office was told to "SPEAK TO OUR LAWYERS"...WHAT THE ......!!!??????? They recently had and "F" rating with the BBB and now--after the fact--find NUMEROUS OTHERS are having the same experience!!! DO NOT BUY FROM EON SYSTEMS!! I HAVE LOST THOUSANDS, AND SO WILL YOU!!! >:-(
