i.e., Misleading sales, and when questioned, treated horribly. I was quoted one price when I dropped off my bike and when i went to pick it up, i was told I owed more money. When I questioned it, owner got very defensive and basically stated that he hates working with people that dont know what they are doing - expecting me to know HIS business. That is why I brought it to him and I didnt do it myself!!! Owner/manager is condescending and rude - shame his employees have to make up for his temper and poor attitude!!!
