This pharmacy is a mess. When re-ordering RX by phone for refill, a message states that it cannot be refilled - too soon. However, by counting the days of the RX from start to present, it is time for a refill. Their customer support needs a lot of improvement!!! Not to mention that CVS forces people with medical insurance to use them or their mailorder or else pay ten times the price at other pharmacies. To me, that is a monopoly!
I brought a new Rx to CVS and they said they didn't have the RX in the amount prescribed. So, I asked if they could call and see if another CVS had it. The tech called, but no, they don't have it either. "What shall I do?" I asked. "We will order it but it will take a couple of days. It will be here Thursday." I asked if I should call first and they assured me that it would be here. I even discussed what time I would come by and again, they said that would be fine. On Thursday, they did not have it. No apology. Just "No, we don't have it" No suggestions, or anything. Just stating; it's not here and we don't usually see that dosage. I just called Costco RX to find out if they carried it, and Immediately, they told me: "It does not come in 10MG, the lowest is 20MG" CVS pharmacy did not know this? Even when they supposedly called other CVSs? What upset me most is that I had I had to pull teeth in order to get any help or info. Poor customer service skills, techs are very short temper
