Best customer service. The guy that works there is really helpful, he goes thro each and every plan that he provides to see which one fits you best, hidden fees?? Forget about it, my monthly payment is always the same. Also if your looking for a charger, screen protector, phone case, ect... I can assure you best quality for a cheaper price.

I just got a new activation with t mobile through cell phone depot the store manager was so friendly and the customer service was great , he explain everything to me on detail. I would definitely recommend anybody to do business with cell phone depot .there are the best .

i have a great deal as far as service carrier GOSMART for 45$ included taxes and fees unlimited calls text and data and i always pay at the store my monthly bill with no extra fees . also the store repaired my daughter's iphone screen for a very reasonable price. great service provided by the store's salesperson.

I activated tmobile service in this store & my monthly bill is a lot less than before, i can pay it at the store with no extra or hidden fees. Also i bought a phone for my wife for a great deal. I recommend this store guys
