This company is wonderful! I have had the best experiences with their customer service representatives going above & beyond for both my personal & business insurance needs. I would recommend them to everyone! They are an all inclusive agency that really seems to care about us "little people".

I spoke to an agent who took all the information she would need to get me a quote. She told me that she had a busy schedule and would call me back after four on that day. She left a voice mail around two the following day. When I called her back I left her a voice mail. I waited a couple of hours since I was told she was with a client. I called again. The person who answered the phone this time told me the same thing as the last person and asked if I would like to leave a voice mail. I told her I had left one previously. The woman who had answered the phone then hung up on me without so much as a "Thank you", "Good bye", or "You suck!"



I will not be insuring my home with them.
