Use these people at all cost. Great support after the sale, by far the best bang for the buck in the industry. What excited me the most was there was no continued costs, strictly optional to get the newer versions, HOWEVER, the updated versions have been worth thier weight in gold up to this V23 version. Keep up the great work. In this economy, I was VERY Happy with the cost of this product compared to my other options. I am a cabinetmaker and though the router I have is a bit older, the rastor to vector "Art" software works flawlessly, (After I studied and practiced) 3 days later I sold my sign for TWICE what I paid for the software. Finally something has went my way with this type of product..........OH, and no 'Maintenance Fees" either!!
