Unresponsive.
Got a quote in February for new concrete driveway. Spoke to them over phone and sent deposit in mid March to get the job scheduled They tentatively scheduled March 20 as start date.
It's March 18. Have called three times during past week with voice messages and several text messages, with no response to confirm when they plan to start or whether they are even interested in doing the job? I've done lots of coordination in the meantime to get the site utilities marked
Not a good business model-the simple courtesy of a response confirming the start date is not too much to ask considering its 2 days before the job was scheduled to start.
