      Today I waited in line at the BOA drive up window on the corner of Belleair Rd. and Belcherfor 35 minutes. When I complained, the manager, a Mr. DiGula, stated that I could have used the ATM machine. I stated that I wanted to deposit my checks in the drive through. If they are going to offer drive up service, they should staff accordingly. Transferring all accounts to another bank ASAP!!!
