terrible customer service, lead times are in the months not weeks, they constantly lie to you telling you that the product was shipped but when you ask for a tracing number they can never produce one. The reviews that are on this site that are satisfied were done by the staff. 3 months later and today they told me it was in production. Let's see, that would be over 480 hours using 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. How can they even pay the phone bill???????
