Have taken my car there since the day they opened. They have always done excellent work and are very courteous. Being a widow, it has been wonderful having a place of business that I can trust to care for my auto needs.

We have always had great experiences at Lake Express Lube. If the review by the previous poster is true, that's disgusting. But I have never heard anything like that , and as my grandchildren are also biracial it would bother me as well if I had. The services provided for the prices are excellent so I would recommend them without hesitation.

Upon paying for service done on my vehicle, the manager found it appropriate to tell me a joke using the "N" word. I gave him no indication I would find this funny and since my mother is African, I can only assume racism. In the the office, there is framed statement indicating Express Lube is a BBB member since 2007, upon checking, I found they are not members. I will use every avenue available to me to make known my experience at Express Lube.
