Tarheel Publishing Company, now Tarheel Media Solutions was founded in 1998 by Jeff Hayes. The first directory was published for Rocky Mount and Tarboro, NC. Tarheel?s marketing strategy has always been to put businesses in front of the most customers possible and today that includes a multi-faceted marketing and advertising approach including print and digital marketing solutions to help our customers grow their business.
