      Very helpful and courteous

      I called Ram Rent-All Inc. on the phone when I needed a pressure washer, but wasn't sure of what I needed. They gave me quotes and suggestions over the phone, and told me to come by and they would go over my options. Once there, they showed my what was available. After quickly getting my info, they made sure I had a number to call in the event there was a problem while I was renting the equipment. They gave me a lesson on how to start and operate the power washer, and what the different nozzle heads were good for. The then loaded the equipment in my vehicle. When I returned it, because the job had not taken as long as expected, I got a refund for half a day. In every instance they were both knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely go back the next time I have a rental need.
