FastMed Urgent Care in Clayton

DO NOT USE!!!! The receptionist was VERY rude. Their billing is horrible. Their billing department made a mistake OVER A YEAR AGO and din't submit their claim to the insurance company on time. THEIR MISTAKE AND THEIR PROBLEM. The claim was subsequently denied as every medical billing person knows they would. I have been there approx. 5 times since the issue and had worked the billing issue out with their main billing office. On my recent ""very"" sick visit, I was denied service due to the balance that was THEIR FAULT. So much for the Hippocratic Oath. They operate under the HIPPOCRITIC oath. Avoid these hacks at all costs! Amateur office at its worst.
