Provided by YP.comI really an shocked at the 1-star negative reviews. I have been going to Nail One for more than 5 years now. They always do a fantastic job. They are very professional and I have watched them sterilize their equipment right up front (where anyone can watch). Everything is always clean and organized. I have had regular manicures and on a few occasions I have had acrylic tips and fill-ins done. Always top notch! They last a long time and the colors they use do not chip as quickly as cheap brands. My mani will last a week or more if I'm not doing loads of soapy dishes without gloves or anything like that. I have recommended them to other friends and they have always been pleased. My daughter and I both go there together now.

Provided by YP.comI'm usually a happy camper but this is the most horrible experience I've ever had and I want people to be aware of what I went through and decide for themselves if they should visit this place. This business does not even deserve a rating. It was my first time there and I will NEVER return. It's a family business and I highly suspect the people there are not trained to do mani/pedis but simply roped in to help. The edges on my nails were rough with shreds of nail on them and sharp on some after the cutting and the filing. Worse still, when trimming the skin around my nails, the lady working on me cut into my flesh on 3 fingers causing them to bleed badly. My fingers were swollen and stung afterwards for 2 days. When I told her it really hurt she nonchalantly brushed it off by saying it was because my skin was thin and that she applied alcohol to the broken skin anyway. I don't even know why I stayed and paid. At the time I felt bad for her and did not want to make a scene like a bad customer. It left me really worried about hygiene and contracting some disease and mad that they could treat customers that way. I am determined that people know about their poor skills and service and slack attitude towards customers. You have a right to ask any nail salon about their hygiene practices (do they sterilize their tools? How?) and have them demonstrate it to you and tell them what you expect from the service before it begins which I will do from now on.

Provided by YP.comThis is the worst place to get your nails done; I went there yesterday and wanted a fill in and chrome tips; she left my nails rough and ridges in them; the color was a mess and she wouldnt fix her work.

Not very pleased. Called before going and asked specifics. They did not meet my expectations. Cannot do french air brush and acrylic full set well.
