Outstanding, professional, compassionate, caring, dignified, humans not robots. Heather Germann is truly an angel or a saint in my books. Everyone from the executive directo, Mike Derousseau to Director of Nusring, Debra to Heather to the housekeeping and diet department and everyone in between are absolutely outstanding people. Oh yeah an a med aide in assisted living who just happens to be my sister, Carla Andrewson. The peace of mind I now have that Mom is there being cared for is priceless and immense. Being 3 1/2 hrs away but now not have to worry so about Mom is such a relief. The sense of urgency that all of you shared with us and not only getting everything acccomplished in such a short period of time and even coming to get her just amazed me. I cannot thank you enough for everything and the thank yous will go on I'm sure. The peace of mind and the pleasant way you give is remarkable in this day and age. Carla works for a GREAT place.
