This company has been great to me. The first time I went there I had a rear view mirror that had fallen off, and I had taken it to 3 different places including the dealership and no one could make it stick back on the windshield. I took it into s&s, they had it for about 20 minutes, and it was good as new. They also didn't even charge me. So I went back a couple years later when I needed a new windshield, and they gave me a great price and had the part ordered within a day. It only took them about 45 minutes to replace it and it looks amazing!! I love these guys.
Customer service is incredibly important to me and this company seriously missed the mark. I was told to come in for a repair to my windshield for a few chips and no appointment was needed. Just come in before 9 am or after 4 pm and we'll get you in and out real quick, they said. I was pleased with the quote, so Monday morning, I loaded up 4 kids, drove the 20 minutes and arrived to a surprised receptionist who was not informed that I was coming and the man who I spoke to and who does the repairs had already taken off for the day to do his house calls. She suggested making an appointment (which I initially called to do in the first place) and when I asked her about them coming to me she said they only do that for full windshield replacements and despite the fact that I had been inconvenienced, it wasn't worth it for them to come to be for a simple repair. They really failed to make me feel like a valued customer. Another company got my business.

This place is hands down the best!!! Excellent prices and tint as well as window replacement are both done amazingly! I cannot express how great these guys are!!!!! I would give them more stars if I could!!

had a problem with a power window , went to a different shop they told me 250.00 dollars to fix my problem took it to s&s it was a broken clip s&s charged me 45.00 to fix it

Great staff squeezed in my appointment with a few hours notice and had the work done in 30 minutes cheaper than other shops nearby! Great shop!

Great business. Mowing detail at Ft Campbell threw a rock and damaged my SUVs rear quarter glass panel. The replacement window looked exactly like the other side. Work was done in a timely manner and the owner was very courteous. Great establishment would highly recommend them. CPT H
