Not the same reliable, trustworthy business they used to be. Like another reviewer, I didn't receive a call letting me know the problem and cost of repair. The young man in the office used profanity and threatened to undo all the work when I brought up the miscommunication issue. Additionally, they installed a part I bought from an auto parts store WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I was intending to return the part to offset the $328 repair cost. (The receipt did not itemize parts/labor, so I assumed they put in a new part.) When the power steering pump immediately failed again, Kennedy would not guarantee the work. I had to pay an additional $78 for belts and was told, "When you bring in a piece of sh*t, what do you expect."

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseDO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I took our jeep liberty in because there was really bad squealing. I was there for about 3 hours or so and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They changed the front brake pads and that didn't help. When I took it back in to tell them it was still squealing the manager told me I would have to come back at a later time for them to take a look at it. I said I was here for 3 hours what else is there to look at he said this is going to be a trial and error case so pretty much just keep paying them for things my car did not need. So now I am at Midas and immediately they noticed it was the back tire that's squealing. Seriously? And on top of that they did the brake pads wrong so not only did I pay them to fix something that didn't need fixed I am now going to have to pay for someone to fix their mistake. I am so irate right now. Please save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE! So rude and did not know what they are doing. Not sure how they've been in business this long.

Took my Pontiac G6 to Firestone for an alignment and after an hour of waiting told me due to my modification on the suspension (lowering the car) they could not align it but still charged me $75 for someone sitting on the driver seat. Took my car to Kennedy's late that afternoon and not only could they do it. but cheaper than Firestone and even let me leave my car inside the garage for free overnight so they could work on it first thing in the morning. Great costumer service!

They fixed my Volvo S40 T5 , rides like a cadillac now , these are the shops that did not - Auto Tech of Nashville, Small car enterprise of Clarksville, Haller Complete auto care ( good customer service though.)just not equipped to handle Volvos, and relating to another issue don't ever go to Corleon's !!! its been 2yrs since they ripped me off and I still have't shake off bitterness when I think about it, anyways Kennedy bros are reliable , neat and I believe worth the money.
