Doctor is nice and professional but the receptionist on the phone has a very rude tune. Every time I talk to her I have hard feelings. She is not helpful at all. She needs to be trained to talk to people specially that patient has enough to deal with.

He was very friendly and seemed concerned with my mom and my friend, they both have 2 insurances, ordering blood tests, stool tests, and doing scope. I only have Medicare, he did no blood or stool tests, did not want to waste time talking to me. Wanted me to get scope if I paid my full amount before it was done. Long wait time. All appointments are billed as extended highest cost, even when he sees me for 5 minuets! The only other gastro doc in town does the same thing.
