I chose this service because it had the most professional seeming website and seemed to offer the most for the least amount of money. I was not disappointed in the slightest. Very professional and what you get for what you pay makes this service the best money I've spent in a long time. unbeatable. They will work very hard for you. The peace-of-mind their service provides, I cannot recommend this service enough.
The professionalism and honest answers that I received from checkyour references and my personal case worker were phenomenal! My case worker was amazing and patient with my difficult employer and managed to get the information after exceeding the normal attempts to obtain a refeence. I left the work force in March 2010 to care for my infant son. When I tried to re-enter the workforce in the summer of 2011 I started getting interviews that seemed to go well, but no job offers, and no calls. I thought might be a chance my old boss may be acting with malice toward me, so I asked my contact at Randstad Staffing if she would check into it for me. She had to decline due to her company's policy, but she put me in touch with these folks and told me CYR were the experts. I spoke to the manager who was very helpful and I later decided after reviewing other similar services that these guys were the most professional, most detail oriented, and most affordable too. One similar service wanted to charge me twice as much for less information.
I placed my order for their standard package and and recieved an introductory email from my personal account manager within a few hours telling me they were working on my file. "Jackie" was hard to get in touch with, but the agent kept trying until he got thru to her 3 days later.
After recieving my 2 page report, I was stunned to find that "Jackie" was not only violating company policy, she was acting with prejudice and malice too. Armed with my report I contacted the company to report the findings. Since that time, "Jackie" has been silenced by HR, which has confirmed by a follow-up 7 weeks later. "Jackie" even reported to CYR that HR doesn't allow her to comment on references of previous employees and referred them to HR LOL.
