Olaf saved us!! On day three of no air conditioning in Clarksville. We were disparate to find someone who would come even though it was the weekend.

When I called CerProTech, my call was answered by a very courteous lady who helped set up the service call. The day before, I received a reminder call and an email, with a 2 hour time window. On the day of the appointment, Olaf called with an estimated time of arrival and showed up on the dot!



He fixed the problem straight away, and also took time to explain the unit, wires, etc. He took great care to keep his work clean and tidy. Very professional!

I love CerProTech! They are very quick to respond, have fair prices and are very personable. . . what more can you ask for? Olaf, the owner, came out to my house to check my air conditioning system in my new home. He made several adjustments, added some more Freon and recommended some changes in the duct work. All in all it was a great experience. Olaf was very thorough, not salesy at all.
