Such a beautiful place! They have everything you can imagine and if they don't they will help you look it up online. My family and I were very impressed with the service and can't wait to get our furniture. Although the wait time is 3-4 weeks, we understand that there are many people waiting to get the same thing. We will definitely be back in the summer to purchase some patio furniture.

Stopped by to check out some new furniture for a home I am purchasing. Aaron did a great job not hovering over me. I liked the selection of REAL QUALITY WOOD not particle board crap that you see elsewhere in Clarksville. Will be returning right after I review my home loan 3 days before closing. The day after signing, I will be getting the master bedroom suite, mother-in-law room, living room and dinning room furniture. They better treat me right!

My fiancee and i are in the process of buying a new home and in doing so we need a house full of new furniture. we stopped in your store one day last week and Sarah greeted us with a wonderful personality. she helped us out so much, but did not hover over us and was not pushy like some sales reps.she helped us find just what we were looking for to go with our Beautiful new home. we will definitely be returning to your store again in the future thanks to Sarah's great professionalism and knowledge of everything we were looking for. we will surly ask for Sarah when we return again. thanks to her we had a great experience.

My husband and I are in process of relocating to Clarksville so decided to check out Ashley. We were greeted by sales rep Ron Jones. He was very friendly and personable from the start. He did not hover as we browsed but checked with us occasionally to offer his assistance if we needed it. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the Ashley inventory we were interested in. We ended up finding many exciting items to help outfit our new home, and Ron was quick and efficient in writing up our order and working with us on price of some of the items. We had a very positive experience and will ask for Ron on our future visits to Ashley, as he was a pleasure to work with.

Horrible experience!! We purchased a sofa at the beginning of April. We still have not received it. Today they told me that it would be another 3-4 weeks before it would arrived. I cancelled my order. So, If you want furniture before the end of time DO NOT go to Ashley Furniture.

Worst experience ever. We ordered sofa set first week they opened, and it shows up late with incorrect components. After waiting another week, we finally received our order. Si if that wasn't bad enough, we gave them another shot. We ordered a hutch/Buffett with a 3 piece living room table set. We were promised 3weeks. After 4 weeks we began inquiring. Twice my wife called and their customer service promised they would call her back, they did not. I finally called and asked why the delay, they stated the item was out of stock...this item was not out when inordinately ordered, but it was now my fault...so they offer to give me the floor model finally after a 5week wait. I agree and again the manager promised they would call back within a week for delivery set up....well no surprise they did not. I call after the week and they said it would be a few more days to set up delivery. I am so fed up at this point with Ashley's of Clarksville that I marched down to the get my. Money back...well then they say ok but w e will charge you a 30%restock fee.....for items that never left the store!!!! After many attempts and spazzing out on the manager I got them to lower the restock fee to 10%...so all in all after being screwed over the first time I ordered from these guys, now I paid 160bucks just to cancel my latest order. BUYER BEWARE, ASHLEYS IS A RIP OFF, THEY FALSE ADVERTISE, AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! Tell your friends to never go, I know I will never back. I spend on average 2500 a year on furniture, but Ashley's will never see another dime of mine.
