I am so dissatisfied with my service from ever after. My wedding is 9 days away. The dress had not been touched! In the process my headpiece and veil had been misplaced and the lacing was missing out of my dress. I do not find it funny when I pay a pretty penny for the wedding dress and accessories an then things are misplaced! I am now having to take my dress somewhere else for alterations because mine got up on the back burner for homecoming!!! I had my fitting in September for the alterations to be done BEFORE homecoming came about! Never have I been so disappointed in my life! Last time in this shop!!!!

My daughter and I went into the store yesterday and we had a wonderful experience shopping for her prom gown. Both the owner, Missy and along with her daughter couldn't have been more helpful. They both started selecting gowns for my daughter that were beautiful and flattering for her. She ended up choosing the first gown she tried on which needed very little alterations; which Missy does herself. We would highly recommend others to shop for their special gown whatever the occasion. Also, the gowns are individually covered in plastic bags so they are protected from getting soiled or snagged on other gowns. We were asked to wash our hands to make sure we didn't soil the gowns and we really respected that! B.Miller Elkins, WV March 10, 2012
