AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service related experience I've ever had! With regards to altering several high-end men's suit sleeve lengths only, and after spending hours/days discussing accuracy with them about their incorrect and substandard alteration quality, I was shocked to unexpectedly receive a phone call, stating that "it was no longer worth their time" and threatening to "leave the suits outside" their store unless I came and picked them up asap. Given their extreme language barrier and disgraceful treatment of a professional who has spent alot of $ with the former owners in the past, subsequent damage to my suits and after wasting $360 in this effort, I am humiliated and disgusted with their maltreatment, lack of professionalism, courtesy, reliability and business ethics!
