WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Called for service on our gas fireplace the week before Christmas. Technician came out, and determined part needed to be ordered. It is now almost the end of January, and they still have not returned, despite numerous follow up calls. Every time we called, they had a different excuse. The last time we called, we were told that the part was in, but that " a bunch of employees had been out with the flu, and they were very behind.." We were told we were " third on the list". When my husband called today ( and spoke to the same person), he was told part was never ordered. We have now scheduled another company to come out. I would NEVER recommend this business!!!!!

what a nice showroom and very nice people to deal with. they came in and did a wonderful job of installing a new fireplace for us. they were very neat and professional.
