To add more to the first review, I clearly told them the item was worn out and was returning it. The manager never believed me until the end and indirectly questioned me of where I got it from. If I was the one who wore it then why would I leave an obvious mark on the item itself and obviously point out that it has been worn? I could also feel the manager's tone was belittling me and was sure that I am trying to get their money. NOT ONCE she tried to listen in the first place.
