My girlfriend recently decided to lease a couch through here during the online special.
The entire process from start to finish has been wonky. No ones called when they said they would, nobody knows what the other hand is doing, delivery apparently got pushed back for a storm that as someone who's done moving and deliveries in a box truck before, seems ridiculous. Especially since I'm sitting in my living room watching box trucks drive by.
Just terrible management and now the "promotion" doesnt even make sense because at this rate she'll be paying on the couch before she even gets it.
Terrible process, terrible management, if we even decide to continue the lease (pending if we ever get the item) we wont be doing business here again.
Stay away.
