I have been using Sports Pros in Claremont for my physical therapy and my wifes personal training. They are awesome. There is always a lot of hands on personal attention and my acl tear has been recovering quickly. The place is small and much more focused than most big gyms that seem to be overwhelming. My surgeon has been impressed with my progress now at week 7 after surgery.

I have never written a review before, but I need to share my experience with others. With commitment on my part and the knowledge and determination of Guillermo, along with his wife Monica, within six months I weighed 190 pounds, was at 18% body fat, lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol and my waist was back to a 36, no longer a tight 40.
