Terrible management company! They do not return my calls. The dude that is my condo's contact person is never in the office when I call. I have not yet received a call back from him regarding the fence that is falling down and eaten away by termites. The board member's meeting is a joke. The association fee keeps rising but the clubhouse and landscape is deteriorating. I've attended the board meetings, but they only let me stay to make my complaint, then I have been asked to leave because they hold most of the meeting behind closed doors away from the ears of the homeowners.

The most unethical, and in my opinion, the most corrupt management I've ever had the misfortune to have to do business with. Defensive, unable to produce timely statements of account, therefore expecting to be paid a late fee, due to their own in-abilty to perform in a timely manner. Hire the crummies of society, they have sued homeowners at sunscape, and lost, yet continue to bill, defying the courts order., sending the account they lost in court to another law firm hoping to get some different result, in the mean time homeowners are unable to sell their property tied up with liens, and the homeowner is subsequently imprisoned in a long drawn out battle, even though the homeowner wins in court does not mean one is free of the napoleon syndrom of the management company. the board which the management company appears to run rough shot over, is in place meant for a purpose, "to oversee", yet seem to show up as an empty suit. It's a prison.
