      At Claremont Manor, were devoted to your wellbeing. Our holistic approach focuses on caring for the entire person, and ensuring you always have plenty of choices at your disposal. As a licensed retirement community we offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care on site so you have the care you need when you need it. For independent living residents, our wellness clinic personalizes wellness care services, like blood pressure and glucose testing as part of your monthly fee. We also offer wellness counseling to all our residents because we realize how important your health is. And for more serious conditions, residents can receive care at the nearby Pomona Valley Medical Center, one of the top medical centers in the country.
