I went to Plato's yesterday for the first time in a while and my experience wasn't good at all. First of all, I brought in one bag of clothes. There was a couple people ahead of me so the lady said about 20 to 30 mins, which was fine. She also said, "We ask you stay in the store too." I waited a little over an hour in the store and saw the people before me were gone, then finally asked when my bag would be done. I guess it had already been done but they didn't write my name on the board like she said they would. The customer service is horrible. They act like you can wait all day. Never going back, they took a pair of jeans and a shirt for 8 bucks.
